Description: Direct and coordinate operations of our three Peruvian restaurants.  Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.  Hire and fire staff. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports to measure goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.  Supervise quality control for all four restaurants.  Direct the operational efficiency and profitability of all culinary operations.           

Salary: $31.75 per hour.

Requirements: Masters degree and one year experience as Operations Manager
