Happy Valentine’s Day

3 course prix fixed menu $55 per person on Valentine's night. (No a la carte menu)


First Course - choice

ceviche- lobster ceviche - prikle pear puree , red jalapeno, ginger, mango papaya onions jicama, onion.

or

albondigas - lamb meatballs - sherry foie gras cream, manchego cheese, green peas, fresno chilies.

or

sopa - sweet corn soup - crispy wild mushroom quesadilla, cilantro lime crème fraiche.


Second Course - choice

pescado - pan roasted halibut - chorizo and clam “parihuela”, creamy cilantro rice, micro herb salad.

or

vaca - grilled rib eye steak - blue potato mushroom croquette, grilled asparagus, chimichurri, malbec demi.

or

pato - roasted duck breast, “aji de pato” risotto, sweet pea sauce, fried egg, honey
walnuts.

or

jardin - cilantro “paella" - roasted market vegetables, fried egg, saffron aioli.


Dessert

chocolate - chocolate coconut bread pudding - passion fruit sabayón, lucuma ice cream.
